PRIVATE LESSONS AND CLASSES

Do you wish you had time for a weekly yoga class but it just doesn't fit in your schedule? Or do you wish that you had more time with your yoga teacher to study some of your yoga questions deeper? Perhaps a private class would be an answer to those needs. Sometimes a monthly private class creates the opportunity to move more quickly and to effectively develop a Hatha Yoga program appropriate for your individual wants and needs. Private instruction with either Sandra or Patricia is available through the Yoga Center of Eau Claire. Anna is also available for private instruction in pilates.
