for most of her adult life. Sandra is a Registered Yoga Instructor through the Yoga Alliance.
She is currently studying with Scott Anderson as she embarks on the the
500 hour level teacher training. In 2005, she finished her 200
hour level Advanced
Practices / Teacher Training course with him. She also appreciates the teaching
of Anusara Yoga. In the past, she has studied with Donna Farhi and
others.
Sarah
Pederson RYT was introduced to Hatha yoga at the age of
sixteen, which had a transforming effect on her life. She has been
studying yoga for over ten years, taking both public and private classes
across the United States. She completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher
training through the Shambhava School of Yoga at Shoshoni Yoga Retreat
in Rollinsville, Colorado in 2005. She is a Registered Yoga
Teacher through Yoga Alliance and participates in continuing education
yearly. Drawing from her experience as a Wholistic Massage
Therapist, she brings an eclectic mix to the mat. Sarah loves the
philosophical, contemplative and mystical aspects of yoga as well as
mantra and meditation practices. Healing her own chronic pain with
yoga, massage and other therapies, she holds a deep belief that our
bodies have the ability to heal themselves. She wishes to share
her gifts with you

Donna Sachs RYT
discovered yoga in 2001 while searching for non-surgical therapy
for a chronic lower back problem. Though her early practice was
based on attaining the physical results of flexibility and strength to
support her spine, she soon realized the benefits of yoga extend far
beyond the body to the mind and spirit as well. In 2004, she
completed her Yoga Alliance teacher training with Laura Erdman-Luntz at
the Center for Healthy Living in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. Her
teaching is alignment based, and she encourages students to release and
relax into the physical postures of Hatha yoga, allowing both body and
mind to open and unfold at their own pace.

Nancy Orth RYT has been
practicing and teaching yoga for over 20 years. Her training in the Iyengar
system taught her a love for alignment. She has added to that the more
subtle aspects of Hatha Yoga, using kriyas, bandhas, and pranayama to
create what she believes is a full and balanced practice. In 2005,
Nancy finished the 200 level Advanced Practices
/ Teacher Training course with Scott Anderson. She has a playful and easygoing approach to
yoga.
Patricia
Wickman RYT started yoga in 1992 at The Ballet School in
Walnut Creek, California. Although her initial
attraction to the heroic style of Ashtanga was body-based, she gradually
awakened to the profound emotional and psychological effects of a
routine practice. She has experienced the magic of being able to connect
with her breath as a means of enhancing her mothering. She completed her
Yoga Alliance 200 hour teacher training in 2006 and is
currently
studying at the Kanyakumari Ayurvedic
Institute in
Milwaukee
to become an Ayurvedic educator and practitioner.
Anna
King,
a Certified Pilates Instructor, knew she was hooked on Pilates after her
very first class. After struggling with weight lifting and stationary
aerobic machines at a gym, she discovered that results could be found in
one class! She began professionally passing Pilates on to others in
2003! Anna loves to point out that practicing Pilates significantly
improves posture, flexibility, stamina, deep breathing, and strength.
Better yet, Pilates is
available to everyone because each class can be individually adjusted
while also receiving motivation from group participation! Anna is
currently studying to become a RYT 200-level at the Sun Moon Yoga Studio
in Mankato, Minnesota.
Robin
Brauner, RYT first discovered her passion in yoga when she
was 16 and began to share the information, energy, and knowledge she
learned through teaching in 2003. She attended a 200-hour Yoga
Alliance Certified teacher-training program in Miramar, FL with Yogi
Hari and was trained in Sampoorna Yoga, the yoga of fullness. She
is ever continuing her education and training through many workshops
with many wonderful teachers such as: Kishan Shah, Eddie Modestini and
Nicki Doane, Ana Forrest, Duncan Wong, Michael Gannon, and Scott
Anderson. She values each morsel of wisdom found in every
workshop, every class. She has an understanding of the mechanics of the
body as well as the energy (prana/chi) flow in the body from her career
as a massage therapist and can incorporate that into class. Robin
teaches a vinyasa style yoga class, a very flowing class that focuses on
the breath while moving in the moment. She draws from her own
meditation practice to deepen the yoga practice into something more than
just a physical exercise, deepening awareness and presence of mind, and
opening the mind while opening the body.
